There is a web interface with diagnostics page for the Dartcom Dongle (Sentinel HASP) provided at:
http://localhost:1947/_int_/diag.html
Certain versions of the driver installer (newer than 8.31) omit the hardlock.sys file, which is required by Dartcom software. This diagnostics page shows whether it is installed or not, and the versions of all of the Sentinel drivers (which aren't shown in Device Manager).
