Dartcom Dongle (Security Device) Diagnostics

There is a web interface with diagnostics page for the Dartcom Dongle (Sentinel HASP) provided at:

http://localhost:1947/_int_/diag.html

Certain versions of the driver installer (newer than 8.31) omit the hardlock.sys file, which is required by Dartcom software. This diagnostics page shows whether it is installed or not - and the versions of all of the Sentinel drivers (which aren't shown in Device Manager).
